Are your service technicians trained and certified?
Yes - Technicians are re-certified every 3 years and we have an ongoing training program.

Are the chemicals harmful that you use?
No - We use every safeguard we can to make it safe for your family and pets.

Are chemicals the only method of treatment?
No - In some cases chemicals are not needed, and will not be used. The
technicians are trained to make that determination.

Do I have to sign a contract?
No - There is obligation to continue service.

Does my house need to be treated every month (12 times a year)?
In most cases no. We offer a wide range of services to meet your needs.

Are your services expensive?
No - We are a locally owned and operated company and don't have the higher overhead that our competitors do.

Our hours are Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 Saturday by appointment only. We are closed on Sunday and holidays.

Do you give free estimates?
Yes - You're under no obligation to accept service from the estimate.
